Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS during regular business hours Monday-Friday.
• Shipping date is dependent on stock and availability. In the unusual event that we cannot fulfill an order within 3-5 business days, you will be notified via email and be given the option to cancel the order or to await backorder.
• If you need to place a rush order, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and expedite shipping.
• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and address verification. 
• GEMS BY THE FOOT® is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the customized nature of our made-to-order products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of mis-shipment. Exchanges/returns in the case of mis-shipment must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and its original packaging. To request a return:

• Fill out a contact form explaining the reason for your return and we will respond promptly providing you with a return form and shipping label.
• Package your item securely including all original packaging, along with the return form we have provided.
